Biography
I grew up in Southern California and have lived here all my life, except for a few years spent in the cất cánh Area for college. I returned here to go lớn medical school in San Diego and do my residency at UCLA. I have two daughters & a son. The kids keep me busy and take up most of my miễn phí time. I really enjoy being a parent. They have helped me be a better pediatrician, và they keep me on my toes!
About my practice
I have been practicing with Kaiser Permanente for over 15 years. It has been wonderful lớn work with so many caring, qualified physicians và other staff members. How I thrive
It’s hard khổng lồ maintain balance and perspective when life gets busy & stressful. I tell my patients to lớn eat well và exercise, but I know how difficult that can be even for myself! Setting small goals helps keep things from getting overwhelming. I enjoy time spent with my family, being involved in my kids’ schools và activities, relaxing at home, và trying to squeeze in time to exercise at the gym. I’m still working on that last one!
